2. Bookings

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including:

• Name and contact information

• Booking date and time

• Event location

• Selected package or service

• Any other information required to complete the booking

A booking is considered confirmed once the required booking and payment process has been completed.

3. Service Location

Karaoke.qa provides services at locations within Qatar, subject to availability and any applicable delivery or setup requirements.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided event location is accessible and suitable for the setup and use of the equipment.

4. Equipment

All equipment provided by Karaoke.qa remains the property of Karaoke.qa unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment while it is at their event location.

Customers may be held responsible for damage, loss, or misuse of equipment caused by the customer or guests during the booking period.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate booking and event information.

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the event location.

• Provide a suitable area for the equipment setup.

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.

• Take reasonable care of all equipment provided.

• Ensure that guests and attendees do not intentionally damage or misuse the equipment.

6. Booking Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may request a cancellation and refund provided that the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking date are not eligible for a refund.

7. Delays and Access

Karaoke.qa will make reasonable efforts to arrive and complete the setup at the agreed time.

Customers should ensure that the event location is accessible at the agreed setup time. Delays caused by restricted access, incorrect location information, or circumstances outside Karaoke.qa's reasonable control may affect the setup or service time.

8. Service Interruptions

Karaoke.qa will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked service as agreed. However, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, venue restrictions, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Website Use

Customers agree to use karaokeqa.com lawfully and not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.

10. Pricing and Availability

A price or availability displayed on the website does not guarantee a booking until the booking process has been successfully completed.
